Delivery

Nothing is shipped. Nyra is software, delivered as a download. There is no parcel, no shipping cost, no delivery address, no customs and no waiting for a courier. What arrives is an email.

1. What you receive

After payment you receive one email containing:

  • a download link from Lemon Squeezy for the macOS installer (Universal — Apple Silicon and Intel), about 16MB; the same for Windows
  • your licence key
  • short installation instructions

The installer places the AU and VST3 versions in your system's standard plug-in folders and the Standalone application in your Applications folder, so your DAW finds them on its next scan. Paste your key into the plug-in once, on any of your computers, and it stays activated.

2. When it arrives

Normally within a few minutes of payment, automatically, at the email address you entered at checkout.

Two situations take longer, and neither is a fault:

  • Payment methods that clear slowly. Bank transfer, and some local payment methods, only confirm after hours or days. Delivery follows confirmation, not the order.
  • A payment held for review by our payment provider's fraud check. This is out of our hands; if it happens, write to us and we will look at the order.

3. If the email does not arrive

Work through this in order — it solves almost every case:

  1. Check your spam and promotions folders. This is the cause roughly nine times out of ten.
  2. Check the address you typed. A typo in the email field is the second most common cause.
  3. Search your mailbox for "Nyra" — some clients file automated mail into unexpected folders.
  4. Write to contact@manso.works with your order number. We reply within 14 days and re-send immediately.

A delivery that did not arrive is never a refund matter and never costs you anything. It is simply us owing you an email. The same applies if your download link stops working: ask and you get a new one.

4. Lost key, new computer, reinstalled system

Your licence has an  activation count (3) and a one time online check, so there is nothing to use up and nothing to release. Reinstall the plug-in, paste the same key, carry on. If you have lost the key, write to contact@manso.works from the address you ordered with and we will re-issue it free of charge, for as long as we operate this shop.

Please keep your key backed up anyway. It is one line of text, and it is the thing that makes your licence independent of us being online.

5. No physical media

We do not sell boxed versions, USB sticks or printed manuals, and we cannot post you a copy on request. Everything — installer, key, documentation, updates — is delivered electronically.

6. No shipping costs, no customs, no import charges

Because nothing crosses a border physically, there are no shipping fees, no duties, no import VAT and no customs paperwork, wherever you are. Any tax that applies to a digital purchase in your country is shown at checkout before you pay.

7. Why the checkout asks for an address

Checkout may ask for a billing address or country. That is used to determine the correct tax treatment and to help our payment provider's fraud checks — not to ship anything to you. How we handle that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Delivery to a different email address

The key is issued to the name and email address on the order, and it carries them inside it (Section 7 of the Terms of Service). If you are buying for someone else, or need the key issued to a studio or company name, write to contact@manso.works with your order number and we will issue it that way. There is no charge for this.

9. Where we deliver

Worldwide, with one exception: we cannot supply customers in countries or to persons subject to applicable trade sanctions or export restrictions.

10. Before you buy: check it runs

Nyra Lite is free, has no time limit, and installs the same plug-in. It is the fastest way to confirm that the download works, that your host loads the plug-in, and that its latency and CPU load suit your system — before any money changes hands. We would rather you tried it first.
